The overall process of hiring through our Virtual Latinos Directory is as follows:

  2. Find and search for virtual assistants using our Directory
  3. Post a job or project within our portal (A paid membership is required)
  4. Send a message to the virtual assistants that you’d like to invite to apply for your job (Or wait for assistants to apply)
  5. Receive proposals and applications from assistants interested in working with you
  6. Review the details of the proposals of each virtual assistants
  7. Select the virtual assistant you’d like to hire
  8. Complete the hiring process through the jobs portal, ensure that both you and the assistant agree to the same working terms
  9. Your assistant starts working for you
  10. You pay your assistant as they complete the job (Weekly, hourly, per project, or however you agreed to pay them).
