Virtual Latinos Academy
New Minimum Amount of Hours to Hire Through Virtual Latinos
From the very start, one of our goals has been to connect amazing and talented Latinos with companies from the US, Canada and the world to form long-term Client-VA relationships. To create a community where business owners and entrepreneurs can meet reliable Virtual Professionals to help them grow their company and VAs can find a great place to work and grow with.
To be able to keep up with our promise and our goal, we need both dedicated clients and VAs that are here to stay for the long run.
As we are committed to offering you the quality you deserve and expect, after carefully analyzing our services, goals, and customer needs we are making a necessary change in our established minimum amount of hours to hire a Virtual Assistant.
As of January 1st 2022 our new hiring minimum will change to 20 hours/week.
Note: All existing clients can keep their VAS as-is, with their existing hours/week. No changes will occur to your actively working VAs, VAs hired before 2022, as your existing agreement already has the original 10 hours/week minimum.
This new minimum will help us ensure our commitment to creating long term client-VA relationships and maintaining a high quality service for all parties involved.
We greatly appreciate your continued business and support through this time of growth and change. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Agent. Our team is more than happy to discuss this situation with you.
