The answer depends on how you hire your virtual assistant or virtual marketer.
Interested in hiring through our Virtual Latinos Directory?
If you choose to hire through our Directory, you’ll have full flexibility of how you hire a virtual assistant from our community.
This means that you’ll need to negotiate between you and the potential virtual assistant you’re interested in hiring the terms of the work, employment, or project/job you’re hiring for.
Some of our virtual assistant clients choose to hire on a per-project/job basis and post a job through our hiring platform, while others prefer to hire an assistant at an hourly rate.
If you’re interested in hiring an assistant per hour, the minimum amount of hours will be determined by what you’ll offer to your assistant, and whether or not they accept your offer.
At Virtual Latinos, we recommend that you hire one of our assistants through our directory for a minimum of 10 hours of work, or for a minimum trial period of 2 weeks (part-time or full-time, that’s up to you).
Like we’ve mentioned, technically speaking there is no minimum number of hours or days you can hire someone for when hiring through our Directory, yet it’s important that you invest in hiring someone for the minimum amount of hours or days that you believe you’ll need to have them work for you in order to test and qualify your assistant’s experience and results.
