Can I contact virtual assistants outside the Virtual Latinos platform?

A lot of people and businesses interested in hiring a virtual assistant or marketer from Virtual Latinos, or other platforms, usually want to know if they’ll be able to communicate with virtual assistants outside of our platform or Directory.

The short answer is:

Yes, and no as it depends on what type of use you are. Tricky right?

 

The long answer is:

YES, you can contact virtual assistants outside our platform if you’re a registered user who upgraded their Virtual Latinos Directory subscription to a paid plan and account.

All of our clients on our paid plans can contact our virtual assistants and virtual marketers both inside our platform – through our messages application, or through other communication platforms such as E-mail, Skype, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, etc once they’ve exchanged contact information with each other (through our platform).

We do NOT limit that the communication between you and our assistants to happen only through our messaging platform.

Yet, if you’re interested in getting support from our team if you’ve got any problems with your assistant, it’s recommended that you keep all (or most) of your communication through our messages platform. If you don’t, then we may not be able to help you as fast, or as efficiently. Do make sure you read our company’s terms of service to ensure you understand our team’s and company’s role when you hire directly through our Directory.

When can’t you contact virtual assistants directly?

If you chose to hire a virtual assistant or marketer through the Virtual Latinos Agency, you will not be provided with the contact information or access to the assistants you’ll be presented with.

Our team will only share the contact information of your new virtual assistant after you complete the hiring process and sign the hiring agreement.
