What filters and skills can I use to search virtual assistants by?
The Virtual Latinos Directory offers a variety of search filters that make it easier for you to find the virtual assistant you’re looking for.
Today, you can search for Latino virtual assistants and marketers using one or more of our Directory’s search filters, which include:
- Filter by “Certified virtual assistants” (Required a Professional subscription plan), which includes those who’ve completed at least one our US-based digital marketing certification programs and has earned a certificate. These may also include people who are certified by other certification programs such as Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Blueprint, Hubspot Inbound Marketing, and various others.
- Filter by skills – this is the most popular and useful type of filter, with over 40 skills to choose from. See below for more details.
- Filter by hourly price
- Filter by work experience (number of years)
- Filter by rating (1 to 5 stars)
- Filter by location (by country)
Search for certified virtual assistants
Currently, we only have one filter (checkbox) to search for all virtual assistants which have at least one certification approved in their profile. Certifications can only be added to a virtual assistant’s profile by the Virtual Latinos team.
Our team requires all of our certified virtual assistants to provide us with a copy of their certificates so that we can verify that their certification(s) is/are real, and have been properly earned.
In the near future, we’ll add the ability to search assistants based on specific certifications.

You can search and filter based on a desired hourly paid you’d like to pay your virtual assistant or marketer. We offer the following hourly price ranges, where you can select one or more checkboxes when searching through our Directory.:

- $20 – $30
- $30+
Search by years of experience:
Our Directory currently lets our clients (businesses/employers) search for Latino virtual assistants based on the number of years of work experience. This usually includes their total amount of years in the workforce, and not necessarily the years of experience working only as virtual assistants or virtual marketers. You’ll need to individual contact and ask each member of our community how many years of experience they have working remotely or as virtual assistants, which may be different than the total years of experience they’ve posted on their profile.
Our years of experience filters offer the following choices:
- 0 – 2 Years
- 2 -4 Years
- 4 – 6 Years
- 6 – 8 Years
- 8 – 10 Years
- 10+ Years
Search by stars rating
You can search for virtual assistants based on their ratings, which range from 1 to 5 stars.
At the moment, most of our assistants have no rating, as our platform is relatively new. So for the time being, this filter is probably not very useful yet.
Search by location (by country)
If you’re looking for a virtual assistant from a specific country in Latin America, including south and central America, we make it easy to find them.
