When hiring through the Agency, can I switch assistants if I’m not happy with them?

Yes, if you’re hiring through the Virtual Latinos Agency, and you’re not happy with the assistant you chose to hire you can switch and replaced your assistant with a new one.

We require that you work with your assistant for a minimum of 40 hours, or 2 weeks before you go through the process of requesting to switch your assistant.
