Virtual Latinos Launches “Make Space for What Matters,” a Campaign Showcasing How Remote Work Is Transforming Lives

The campaign features stories and testimonials of entrepreneurs and remote professionals from six different countries, demonstrating that remote work is a life decision.

Virtual Latinos, a remote staffing company connecting North American businesses with Latin American virtual professionals, has launched its most ambitious creative campaign to date. “Make Space for What Matters” is a documentary series filmed across 13 cities and six countries, built entirely around the personal testimonies of the people who work within the Virtual Latinos community.

The insight driving the campaign is simple: time is the one resource nobody gets back. For most business owners, the hours lost to inbox management, scheduling, billing, and back-end operations are hours taken from the things that actually matter, a meal that doesn’t happen, time with their kids, or the business idea that never gets written down because the day ran out before it could. For Latin American professionals, those hours go to commuting, missed recitals, family gatherings that don’t happen, and careers stuck in paychecks that never reach their goals.

For years, the Virtual Latinos team witnessed these transformation stories unfold within its own community. So the team decided to document and share that truth, not to advertise but to remind people that life shouldn’t revolve around work, and that we’re living in an era that gives us the opportunity to change that.

The campaign took the team to San Diego and Los Angeles to interview clients, and across Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Argentina to interview virtual professionals. Over 100 pieces of content emerged from that effort, featuring client and remote talent stories. The series includes photos and videos, available at virtuallatinos.com/make-space-for-what-matters/ and on the Virtual Latinos YouTube channel.

“We believe that when work and life find a balance, we can live better,” said Martin Jara, CMO of Virtual Latinos. “This campaign is our attempt to show what that actually looks like, in real homes, told by the people living it. We believe that our company is truly transforming the remote talent industry. This project reflects how that transformation has taken place not only in businesses, but in people’s lives and in their families.”

Alongside the video content, participants received disposable cameras to photograph the moments that remote work made possible: time with family and friends, travel, personal projects, mornings and evenings that belong to them. The result is a body of work that treats delegation as real collaboration, not a productivity metric.

“Make Space for What Matters” is designed to evoke empowerment and recognition. It invites audiences to reflect on what truly matters to them: family, growth, health, or personal fulfillment, and to see remote work as a pathway to achieving it, just as others already have.

The campaign also reinforces Virtual Latinos’ long-term mission: to transform one million lives across the Americas by creating opportunities for both businesses and virtual professionals. By helping founders delegate effectively and scale, while empowering talent to access meaningful remote careers, the company continues to build a model rooted in mutual growth and human connection.

“Make Space for What Matters” is part of Virtual Latinos’ broader brand strategy, “Believe You Can,” anchored in the belief that meaningful work and meaningful life should not be separate. Success is not only measured by metrics, it is measured by the quality of the connections we build along the way.
