Yes, our team carefully reviews every application and hand-picks the top talent. We accept only 5% of applicants into our community to ensure you hire the best professionals.

How is Virtual Latinos different than other virtual assistant sites?

Our community is focused on talent mostly from Latin America, not all over the world. Our pricing is transparent—no access fees, setup fees, or hidden charges. You communicate directly with your assistant, we don’t interfere unless you need our support. Unlike freelance platforms, which focus on short-term gigs, we help businesses build long-term, reliable teams. Unlike gig-based sites, our professionals seek stable, long-term roles as part-time or full-time members of your team.

Who will train my assistant and tell them what they should work on?

Just like when you hire a regular employee, they’ll need to go through your training and on-boarding to understand your business, processes, and expectations. If you need help, contact our team and we will provide support, strategy guidance, and resources to make training easier.
