Every world-changing company begins with a simple need, a visionary team, and the desire to make a difference. For Virtual Latinos, that journey began in 2018 with me, Jaime Nacach, a young Mexican entrepreneur driven by passion and purpose.
To understand where we are today, we need to go back to 2015, when my first business, a marketing agency in San Diego, experienced firsthand the challenge of finding reliable talent. At the time, small companies hired remote assistants across Asia. We discovered an opportunity in my family’s home region: talented professionals who brought exceptional skills, shared time zones, great cultural approach, and a collaborative spirit.
After seeing the incredible talent across Latin America, we launched a directory to connect U.S. businesses with Latino professionals eager for better opportunities. This idea wasn’t just about filling positions but redefining what remote work could achieve.

What started as a simple platform quickly evolved. By 2018, Virtual Latinos had transformed into a talent agency with a human-centered mission and a vetted selection process. Our focus shifted from connecting businesses and virtual assistants to building long-term working relationships, and a community where professionals can collaborate and grow.
As the company grows, so has our impact. Businesses are able to find the talent they need to scale, while Latin American professionals improve their quality of life by supporting their families and careers.
This human-centered vision became the foundation of Virtual Latinos. Today, we are a team of 150+ people with one shared goal: to transform one million lives by empowering clients and virtual professionals across the Americas and beyond.
