We’re looking to hire a VA through this job that the Virtual Latinos Agency is publishing on behalf of a new client.

Client & Short Job Description:

The company is a complete remote automation and workflow agency with its main office located in Austin, Texas. The company started as a marketing agency 11 years ago but within the recent years made a big change of specializing in automation. They focus on workflow and process automation. The company enjoys being able to take tedious, complex processes and transform them into automated, efficient, highly productive processes.
The company is a Zapier certified company with a team of 8 people from across the world. They have clients in all sorts of markets but heavily focus on law firms, real estate, and bookkeeping companies. The company is currently seeking a VA to perform lead generation and inside sales.

Software the client uses:
– Hubspot
– Lemlist
– Apollo

Tasks required for the job

Primary Tasks

1. Linkedin Lead Generation
– Create a “Saved search” on Sales Navigator on Linked in. Including specific titles, industries, etc
– Download & sort list that can be turned into a CSV file
– Import contacts to a specific sales software to send cold-email campaigns
– This usually requires a specialty VA, or the client must provide training

2. Lead Generation & List Building
– Research directories, websites, Yellowpages online to gather new leads
– Build an Excel/Google sheets list with basic contact info
– Sort list that can be turned into a CSV file to upload on any CRM or email software
– The VA will be taking data and cleaning up data and simplifying the data for the listed building.
– The VA will need to have
– The VA will be using google sheets on the list-building aspect of the tasks.

3. Follow-up with Leads & Potential Clients
– Create follow-up email templates
– Follow-up with potential customers to answer questions and set up demos
– Follow-up by email or text messages
– Follow up with leads/clients an infinite number of times until they reply
– Follow up with prospects/leads that did NOT show up to an appointment, so make sure they reschedule

Secondary Tasks

4. Warm Calling Existing Leads
– Call over the phone to existing leads the company already has
– Speak with each lead, take notes and then add them to the CRM

5. Cold Calling (VA will not be doing this very often)
– Cold call contacts gathered by lead generation or research
– Call & qualify leads into interested or not interested, or cold, warm, hot, etc.
– Add call notes to a CRM system (as needed), and/or assign hot/interested leads to another team member for additional sales follow-up

Ideal Requirements

A) Communication & Language
Excellent written English and Spanish skills. Must be able to draft and send emails and messages to clients.; Excellent verbal English and Spanish skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The VA should have total fluency and not have to think of what to say, words should come out very naturally but no need to have a native accent in addition to advanced writing skills and vocabulary.

B) Creativity & Proactiveness
Self-starter, proactive and innovative.; Should be “coachable”, willing to learn new skills, and can follow directions.; Someone who can work independently, resourceful to find things on their own.; Not afraid to ask questions, know when to ask for help when needed.; Take ownership, have a great attitude to get things done.

C) People & Relationship
Someone that is open to feedback without being offended, willing to make mistakes, and be ok when the company tells them how to improve.; Must be able to have the great judgment of situations, to decide how/when to act accordingly.

D) Work Load & Stress Management
Able to get things done, and have a positive attitude to do things.; Great note-taking and notation skills (in writing by hand and/or on the computer).; Should be smart and a great problem-solver.; Great multi-tasker, able to prioritize, and have great time management skills.

E) Technology & Software
Computer savvy, able to teach systems and software to others.; Experience in managing tasks or project management tools.; Should have experience using a CRM like Salesforce or other.

Work Details:

– Schedule: Monday – Friday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm EST (Will be flexible once the VA is hired)
– Hours: 10 hours/week
