Full-time General Virtual Marketer for Performance Management Platform

Dear Virtual Latinos,

We’re looking to hire 1 VA in the next 7 days through this job that the Virtual Latinos Agency is publishing on behalf of a new client.

Client & Short Job Description:
The client owns a company based in California and sells a cloud-based “Performance Management Software”.

The client is looking for a General Virtual Marketer to help him with some marketing & service-related tasks. See more “Required Qualifications” below.

Tasks required for the job

1. Follow-up on Leads & Potential Customers
– Create and follow email response templates
-Email responses at predefined intervals
– Call potential customers to answer questions and set up demos
– Make outbound sales follow up calls
– Manage HubSpot (or Agile) CRM and enter activity notes

2. Content Marketing for Blogs & Social Media
– Content creation: The ability to write Blog posts (500 words or more), about 1-2 month
– Social Media Design: Including creating simple graphics on Canva/fotor.
– Social Media Management, by posting about 1-2 times/week
– Post to Instagram
– Write Facebook posts
– Write LinkedIn posts
– Write Twitter posts

3. Conduct Research
– For white papers, blogs. The client operates in performance feedback, goal setting, and goal management. Plus reviewing overall performance.
– The type of research would focus on these 3 areas, by researching what other companies are doing to learn from them, and “research” new content, ideas, trends in order to use them to create the client’s own blog posts
– See and explore the thought leaders in the industry, and then take that content and apply their content with the client’s software “specialty” and their unique value proposition to that content
– conduct research for the client´s speaking engagements: The client currently speaks a few times a year but would like to speak about 6 times a year. The client would provide a list of 10-15 places/events he’d like to speak at and the VA would be in charge of doing all the research to find out what it takes to make it happen
– The client speaks in “human resources” (HR) events, CFO (chief financial officers) groups, or CEO high-level, or executive management events.
– The VA would be asked to create presentations for the clients (Google slides/Powerpoint). The client will provide the content, the VA would just need to add new content and do basic edits for content/design)

4. Run Email Campaigns
Design simple email templates for newsletters, to share content that includes customer success stories, industry trends/news, product updates, etc.
– Initiate monthly campaigns
– Manage MailChimp lists and campaigns.

5. Customer Support & Service
-Respond to customer service requests, which today come via the client’s own support system application (received by email as a notification).
-The VA would need to reply to these support tickets/emails to solve questions, etc.
– The client currently offers a 2-hour response to all tickets, so that would be ideal to solve
-Administration of the software application for clients

Ideal Requirements:
– Have excellent writing English skills
– Be super well organized, in terms of using web-based CRM and other systems, as well as professional time management and project management skills. So they can properly organize their days and know how to prioritize tasks
– Have experience with digital marketing and the tasks mentioned in the job post above.

Work Details:
– Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm PST (1-hour break) for the 8 hour day
– Hours: 30-40 hours/week ( full-time)
– Pay: $6-9/hr (depending on your experience and English level, determined by Virtual Latinos)
