We’re looking to hire 1 VA through this job that the Virtual Latinos Agency is publishing on behalf of a new client.
Client & Short Job Description:
The company is both a private and hard money lender, specializing in non-owner-occupied residential investment loans. What makes this company unique is that they are the Nation’s only consultative lender. While many private money lenders can fund your loan, they lack the real world, boots-on-the-ground real estate investment background to help you increase profit and scale your business to higher levels. The CEO had been in the lending industry since 1999 but this particular company he started 3 years ago. As the company has the capacity to help clients nationwide, their strongest areas of clients are in Texas and Florida.
The company currently holds a database of 11,000 investors from which the company needs help with outreaching and bringing deals. Currently other than the CEO there are 5 loan officers working for the company and additionally, the company hires project-based personal across the nation for the projects of their investors. The company is seeking to find someone that is great at outreaching via phone and is very professional in the manner of speaking.
The VA will be making mostly outbound calls to the investors from their own database of 11,000 contacts. They will also be doing very minimal basic social media management.

Tasks required for the job
1. Warm Calling Existing Leads
– Call over the phone to existing leads the company already has
– Speak with each lead, take notes and then add them to the CRM
2. Follow-up with Leads & Potential Clients
– Follow-up by email or text messages
– Follow up with leads/clients an infinite number of times until they reply
– Follow-up with potential customers to answer questions as the VA will have a better understanding. Not in the beginning.
– Create follow-up email templates
– Follow-up with potential customers to answer questions and set up demos
3 Calendar Management & Appointment Setting
– Pre-screen new potential clients, and make sure they’re the right fit to be clients
– Help the client/owner of the company to manage his/her email and calendar
– Set up automatic bookings online, and share booking links with clients as needed
– Prioritize emails, respond to emails, set up email filtering, and delete spam email or other unimportant emails
– Coordinate with multiple people by making calls and handling email

4. Manage CRM & Data Entry
– Maintain all of the communications and client data up-to-date
– Add new clients & update existing ones into the CRM system
– Convert files into digital format in Excel sheets
– Help the company organize, clean, update, and maintain the client’s database
– Process and handle customer support orders and/or tickets
– Repetitive data entry (entering online payments or uploading invoices received from vendors)
– Create and publish jobs, events, listings, etc on 3rd party sites: Facebook, Craigslist, etc
5. Basic Social Media Management
– Help with Social Media content organization, scheduling & management
– Publish posts on different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc)
– Basic content writing and also create simple graphics
– Create a social media calendar to post X times a week
– Monitor & respond to messages/inbox on any social media channel

This client is also looking for these requirements:
– Someone who is reliable, personable, and gets things done.
– Someone that enjoys talking to over the phone for a long period of time and doesn’t mind doing outreach via phone all day every day.
– Someone that doesn’t have a very heavy accent so it is easier to understand over a phone conversation.
– Someone that is coachable.
Ideal Requirements
A) Communication & Language
Excellent written English and Spanish skills. Must be able to draft and send emails and messages to clients.; Excellent verbal English and Spanish skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The VA should have total fluency and not have to think of what to say, words should come out very naturally but no need to have a native accent in addition to advanced writing skills and vocabulary.; Comfortable with making calls and know how to properly communicate with clients.; Must be ok with speaking on the phone for long periods and be pleasant on the phone.; Great customer service skills. Must be super friendly and personable on the phone.
B) Creativity & Proactiveness
Self-starter, proactive and innovative.; Someone who can work independently, resourceful to find things on their own.; Not afraid to ask questions, know when to ask for help when needed.; Quick learner, willing to learn new things, and able to pick up issues/problems fast.; Take ownership, have a great attitude to get things done.
C) People & Relationship
Great customer skills. Really good with people and friendly.; High Interpersonal skills positive and with a good sense of humor.; Outgoing person able to communicate and interact with a variety of people.; Must be able to separate “Business from emotions” as clients can get very passionate, and it’s important for the VA to remember that in the end, it just works.
D) Work Load & Stress Management
Able to get things done, and have a positive attitude to do things.; Should be very hard-working, comfortable with having a lot to do all the time.; Great multi-tasker, able to prioritize, and have great time management skills.
E) Technology & Software
Must have experience with documents management on Google Drive/ Dropbox.; Should have experience using a CRM like Salesforce or other.; Google Sheets’s experience and understanding.
Work Details:
– Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PST
– Hours: 40 hours/week.
