FULL TIME: Client Liaison/Project Manager

We’re looking for a Client Liaison for our eCommerce marketing agency to join our fast growing and energetic team.

The successful applicant will show high levels of initiative, strong desire to learn, hardworking, able to follow direction and a great team player. We will provide full training with huge opportunity for growth if you can bring the right personal attributes and work ethic.

Ideally, you will have some hands-on experience with the following platforms – Asana, G-Suite, Slack, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics.

As a Client Liaison, you will assist in the delivery of a business critical service to ensure that clients expectations are exceeded. You will proactively monitor various internal and client facing projects, assist with general admin, project-based and internal tasks.

A Client liaison acts as a focal point for clients problems, questions or concerns as well as organizing and managing internal problems, questions or concerns. You will coordinate with the Head of Department to provide timely and accurate reports on your daily activities.

  • EXCELLENT English communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience with Asana, G-Suite, Facebook Advertising, Project Management, Client Facing Communications Role (Account Management)
  • Be able to follow step by step processes for executing tasks.
  • Be a great team player, awesome communicator and enjoy a good challenge.
  • Located in S.E Asia/Australia – we are in Australia so this timezone is preferable.
  • Highly reliable and accountable.
  • Highly Organised and able to manage several projects and clients every day.
