Full-time Bilingual Sales and Cold-Calling VA for Food Service Company

Dear Virtual Latinos,

We’re looking to hire 1 VA in the next 7 days through this job that the Virtual Latinos Agency is publishing on behalf of an existing client, looking for an additional VA.

Client & Short Job Description:
The client owns a food services company in Los Angeles and is looking for a second bilingual sales and cold-calling virtual assistant who can help to manage a list of various tasks he needs help with. These tasks are mostly related to cold-calling, leads generation and follow-up and general administrative tasks.

The client is already working with one VA from Virtual Latinos and is ideally looking for a second VA who has previous sales experience and has great English skills. See more “Ideal qualifications” below.

Tasks required for the job

1. Cold Calling (Main task)
– Call meat markets and business owners, and point them to the client’s warehouse
– The client has an Excel, and the user need to gather info on those businesses
– The client uses Zoom, and he’ll provide training via screen sharing
– Introduce the client’s company to new business owners
– Send info about prices
– 100+ calls per day

2. Follow-ups by Phone and eMail
– Follow up first by phone, but eventually also cold-emailing
– Manual follow-up by email to existing leads/contacts that were previously cold-called/emailed
– Ability to create and write business E-mail templates in English, to be used for follow-up purposes
– Ideally knows how to use G-mail/G-suite and additional e-mail tools, not required

3. Lead Generation (build lists)
– Using the VA’s own experience,  the VA must search for new leads in LinkedIn, Facebook, Google My Business, etc
– Looking for a VA who can grow with the company and find/create a new lead within 5 minutes (from online search, and save it into an Excel sheet)
– Enter the data into the Excel sheet to grow their existing list, as well as create new lists of leads.

4. General Admin Experience (Ideal, but not required)
– Invoicing
– Customer service tasks
– Appointment settings, calendar scheduling,
– Other Admin tasks, etc

Required qualifications:
– Great English verbal skills, a VA that’s easy to understand over the phone
– Sales representative experience, to know how to sell (Cold sales/ cold calls)
– Must know how to use/work Excel or Google Sheets, and have a minimum of 1 year of working at an office or back office experience
– Be able to work on the computer, user the computer, send documents, and professional business communication manners and ethics
– Experience using video calls (Zoom, Skype)

Work Details:
– Schedule: 9 am – 6 pm PST (1-hour break)
– Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time)
– Pay: $5/hr
