Full-time Customer Success VA for Biotech Company in San Diego

Dear Virtual Latinos,

We’re looking to hire 1 VAs in the next 7 days through this job that the Virtual Latinos Agency is publishing on behalf of an existing client.

Client & Short Job Description:
The client owns a Biotech services company in San Diego, is currently working with 9 VAs from Virtual Latinos, and now is looking to hire 1  new Customer Sucess VA.

The client is looking for a VA with great English skills and a sales attitude. See more “Required Qualifications” below.

Tasks required for the job

1. Software Questions Resolutions
– The customer success VA  is the first contact that the customer has when they have a question about the Software functions.
-The VA will send an email that creates a Ticket in Zendesk and one of the Customer Success Managers needs to take care of this and redirect if necessary.

2. Onboard the Clients to the platform
-When the client has a new customer or one of their existing customers has a new user the VA will be in charge of helping them to learn how to use the platform and how the platform will help them in the best way.

3. Schedule the Demos in the Labs for potential Clients
-When a Ticket is created requesting a visit to the labs, the VA will be in charge of scheduling the visit with the correct person.

4. Help the Clients Add Suppliers to the Platform
-The VA will help the clients to request new accounts, to configure the existing accounts, and request any additional information.
– The VA will have to work with suppliers and engineering team to set the suppliers in the platform if needed.

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
– A VA who is completely comfortable helping others.
– Someone tech-savvy who can easily learn how to use new software
– Someone who is NOT afraid to work hard, talk to anyone (even at HUGE companies), and is a self-starter who is willing to do whatever it takes to help the clients.

Work Details:
– Schedule: 9 am-6 pm PST
– Hours: 40 hours/week ( full-time)
– Pay: $5-6/hr (depending on your experience and English level, determined by Virtual Latinos)
