We’re looking to hire 2 VAs in the next 7 days through this job that the Virtual Latinos Agency is publishing on behalf of a new client of ours.
Client & Short Job Description:
This client owns and manages an adult entertainment website, where there are various women doing live streaming naked or semi-naked. The company is looking for a virtual assistant who can help both the women (streamers) as well as the clients on the website. Most of the support is provided via live chat (writing), but the VA at times might also need to make some calls.
The company is fairly new, and is looking to provide customer and tech support to everyone who uses the website (streamers and clients). See details below for more information.

Tasks required for the job
1. Customer Service & Tech Support
– Help women on the streaming service who might need tech support help. The client will provide training
– VA will need to provide help with streaming online as well as tech support with streaming tools like OBS (open source for streaming). The client will provide training
– New features are being added to the website, so VA will need to help users learn how to use those new features, etc
– Most of the communication will be via live chat (Using Crisp chat) to help streamers and clients
– VA may also need to use Zendesk, a platform for email support via tickets. This isn’t done much, as most (90% or more) will be done via live chat
– The VA will need to be fully bilingual, in Spanish and English as many of the streamers are from Colombia
2. General Admin Tasks
– Basic translation to translate documents, webpages from English into Spanish
– Review Spanish versions of docs client currently has, to make sure they’re correctly written in Spanish
– When there are not enough clients/streamers who need help, the VA will need to help with community management. This includes engaging with clients and streamers to build a nice, happy, respectful community.
– Other general tasks may also be assigned.
Required qualification (Mandatory)
-A VA who is completely comfortable working in the adult entertainment industry, which may include viewing naked women and/or men
-A VA who’s fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Ideal qualification ( Not Mandatory)
– The Client is looking to hire 2 VAs to cover the schedule of 9 am to midnight Pacific time (California), which will be divided into 2 shifts.
– One shift may be 9am to 5pm, the other may be 5pm to midnight. So we’re looking for VAs who have the flexibility to work EITHER of those shifts.
– NOTE: IF you apply to this job, make sure you tell us which shift you prefer, or if you can do both/any of them
– The Client would also be interested in hiring people who can work during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), but it’s NOT required
