Full-time Calling & Appointments Setter VA for Medical Practices’ Digital Marketing Company

Dear Virtual Latinos,

We’re looking to hire 1-2 VAs in the next 7 days through this job that the Virtual Latinos Agency is publishing on behalf of a new client.

Client & Short Job Description:
The client owns a digital platform that helps medical practices reach new patients using digital marketing.  And is looking for Cold/Warm Calling and Appointment Setter Vas.

The client is looking for tech-savvy VAs with great English skills. See more “Required Qualifications” below.

The client is currently using these systems:
– Salesforce used as CRM,  Helpdesk and Project Management
– The client offer and sell various software (AI Chat, etc)
– Calendly for calendar bookings/appointments

DEADLINE TO APPLY: You must apply by Wednesday, March 18 at 11 pm PT. Our team will set up interviews for the selected candidates for March 19, 2020.

Tasks required for the job

1. Cold Calling & Warm Calling
-The VA will be calling medical practices to offer their marketing services
– The VA would need to make 100-125 calls/day (8 hour day)
– About 60-70% of calls will be cold calling and the rest warm calls
– The VA will need to take notes of the leads and potential customers on Salesforce (CRM)

2. Follow-up on Interested Leads by Phone 
-Follow-up call with people who didn’t answer, or those who have shown interested that they do want to be called back
– They will not call back people who aren’t interested
– The VA will be asked to follow-up every week or so for up to 3-4 times
– All the info on who to contact and follow-up with will be on the CRM

3. Set Calls or Appointments
– The VA’s role will be focused on only setting up appointments
– All appointments are scheduled over the phone but are inputted into Calendly
– The VA will NOT share the Calendly link for people to book it on their own, they’ll get the info over the phone.
-Review the calendar and find out about availability to set call or appointments
-Follow-up with client/lead to making sure they DO show-up for the phone or in-person appointment.

Ideal qualifications:
-A VA who knows how to do objection handline
– A VA with excellent speaking and writing English skills
– We’re looking for very hard-working people
– Need a VA who can be “coachable”, who know how to learn new skills, and can follow directions
– The VA should ideally have some experience using a CRM, as the client will be using Salesforce to keep track of everything.

Work Details:
– Schedule: From 9am-6pm in ANY timezone (1-hour lunch break)
– Hours: 40-45 hours/week ( full-time)
– Pay: $7-9/hr (depending on your experience, determined by Virtual Latinos)
