AirBnB Communications Coordinator
Responsible for communicating with Airbnb guests for multiple properties
Responsible to take ownership of communications and respond to guest within 3 minutes of questions sent on the app by the guest.
Coordinate issues with staff to resolve issues reported by the guests.
Be knowledgeable on how to help guest locate items in the house and follow the house rules.
Manage multiple properties and deliver timely responses.
Provide working schedule so that complete ownership is assigned during working hours.
Knowledgeable on troubleshooting guest issues without supervision.
Be available for a 12 hour shift (within 12 hours only 5-20 minutes of work usually)
Only communication during day time PST in case guests requires communication.
$10 per property
Prefer VA to be located in Mexico for PST hours
