How do I upgrade my account and membership subscription plan?

To view your account membership subscription details and/or to upgrade your plan, follow these steps:

Note: A paid membership and subscription plan is only required for businesses/employers interested in hiring virtual assistants themselves using our Directory. If you’re hiring a Latino virtual assistant through the Virtual Latinos Agency, there’s no need to follow the next steps.

Step 1: Login to Virtual Latinos

Login in to your Virtual Latinos account.


Step 2: View your membership subscription details

On your dashboard’s right column, click on “Subscription” under the “Membership” category.

Once you’re on the next page, your account membership and subscription plan(s) will show up based on your individual account.

Step 3: Choose a new membership subscription plan

Pick one of the available subscription plans to upgrade your account membership and access to the Virtual Latinos Directory.

Click the “Sign Up” button next to the plan you’re interested in upgrading to.

Step 4: Pay for your new subscription plan

You can use a debit or credit card to pay for your new subscription plan. Simply input your card details and click the “Pay Now” button to continue and charge your card.

You can cancel your subscription and membership at any time.

Step 5: Return to your account’s dashboard and enjoy your new plan!

Once your payment is processed and completed, you’ll have instant access to the new benefits of the new subscription membership plan you chose.
