Posting a Job or Project to Find Your Ideal Latino Virtual Assistant
First, we recommend that you learn about the overall process to hire a virtual assistant through a job posting.
How to post your job on our virtual assistant hiring platform:
Step 1: Login to Virtual Latinos
Once you’ve created an account, login so that you can view and access the Virtual Latinos Directory of Spanish-speaking virtual assistants and marketers from Latin America.
– Note: You’ll need a paid membership in order to post a job. If you have a free account, you won’t be able to post a job
Step 2: Post a Virtual Assistant or Virtual Marketer Job.
By using Virtual Latinos, you’ll be able to post a complete job post to explain the full details of the type of task(s) you’re looking to have completed or the virtual assistant job role you’re trying to fulfill.
Using the “Post a Job” feature allows you to create a job post with all the necessary information related to your job or project. Once your job post is complet, it will be easier to share the job or project information with multiple potential virtual assistant candidates through our messaging platform.
To post a job: Login to your account and click the “Post a Job” button on the top right of your account.
To submit a job posting: Fill in all the job details, then click the “Continue” button to submit your job for approval.
All job postings require the following information: Title (What do you need help with?), project details, a category, and a budget (fixed or per hour). Additionally, you can also select specific skills required for the project, tags, and how many days you’d like your post to be published for.
Step 3: Our team will review your job post
To ensure a high quality of both virtual assistants and potential businesses and employers looking to hire them, our team manually reviews and approves all job posts before they’re published in our job listings.
Once your job post is approved by our team, you’ll be notified by E-mail. If your job isn’t approved, we’ll also get in touch with you by E-mail.
Step 4: View your approved projects
To view your approved projects, follow these steps:
1. Click on “Manage Jobs” on your dashboard’s right sidebar.
This will take you to your list of jobs and projects.
2. View all of your jobs.
On this page, you see all of your projects. Including those with the status of draft, pending approval, approved (open for proposals), in development, completed or expired.
3. View the details of your approved job post
If your project shows the status of “Open for Proposals”, this means that it has been approved by our team.
At this point, your job will be published and all of our virtual assistant community will be able to find it in order to apply to your job. You may also invite anyone to apply to your job by sharing your job post’s link. See the next step.
4. Find the link/URL of your approved job post
Click on the name of your job post in order to view the full details and get the link/URL of your job post. See the image above, look at the red square.
You’ll now be able to see the link/URL of your job post on your browser’s address bar. See the blue square in the image below to find your job post’s link/URL.
Select the link/URL in your address bar (highlight the full link), then copy it to your computer’s clipboard.
Step 5: Share your job post’s link/URL through a message
Now that you have your job post’s link/URL on your computer’s clipboard, you can now use it to include it on any message that you send to any virtual assistant you’re interested in contacting.
