One of the hardest things about working as a Virtual Assistant is to set your rates. If you charge by an hour, you have to remember that you can only earn your hourly rate.
If you charge by project, you have to take into account that project rates depend on the task. So our recommendation is that you should quote your hourly rate on your proposal, and then say that your project rates are available upon discussion.
